Risk Manager

The Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across PT CLIK's operations, including operational, financial, regulatory, technology, and strategic risks. This role ensures that the company operates within acceptable risk levels while supporting business growth, innovation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PT CLIK's enterprise risk management (ERM) framework
• Identify, assess, and monitor key risks across business operations, technology, finance, and compliance
• Prepare risk assessments, risk registers, and mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Monitor operational and technology risks, including data security and system-related risks
• Support internal controls, audits, and governance processes
• Provide regular risk reports and recommendations to management and leadership
• Work closely with finance, legal, IT, and business teams to manage emerging risks
• Promote risk awareness and best practices across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CRMP, FRM, CIA, or equivalent are an advantage
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or internal controls
• Experience in technology, data-driven, financial services, or B2B environments preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks
• Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams
