Risk Management Specialist

Job Purpose

Analyze complex and cross-functional risks while providing technical guidance, advisory support, and coordination on risk treatment, monitoring, and regulatory interpretation to ensure consistent and robust Risk Management practices across the organization.

Responsibilities :

1. Identify and analyze complex, cross-functional, and emerging risks, including their potential business impact.
2. Develop risk mitigation strategies and recommend effective risk treatment options for significant risk exposures.
3. Develop and maintain risk assessment tools, dashboards, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to support risk monitoring and reporting.
4. Interpret relevant regulations and provide technical guidance on risk methodologies, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
5. Provide risk advisory and independent assessments for strategic business initiatives, new projects, and major investments.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement of the Group Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or Law.
• Master's degree (MBA, Risk Management, or Finance) is an advantage.
• Have CRMP, ISO 31000 Lead Implementer, FRM (partial), or CIA (risk-related) certificate is preferred.
• Min. 6 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Finance, Compliance, or Consulting.
• Hands-on experience independently managing complex and cross-functional risk cases.
• Proven track record in enterprise-level risk assessments, KRI development, and risk mitigation programs.
