About the role

As Risk Management Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our business processes are well-governed, compliant, and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Description:

• Identify, analyze, and assess potential risks across operational, financial, compliance, and strategic areas.
• Support the creation and maintenance of risk registers, reports, and related documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date risk tracking.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies and recommend improvements to reduce risk exposure.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support audits by providing relevant risk documentation and ensuring adherence to internal and external requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to raise awareness of risk policies and best practices, and contribute to risk training initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or a related field—preferably within financial services or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance principles.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
