PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara is looking for a Risk Management Officer to join our Risk & Fraud Management team.
In this role, you will support the implementation of risk management practices across the organization, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, mitigation, and risk governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, map, and periodically update the company's risk register.
- Prepare, calibrate, and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRI) to identify and prevent potential losses.
- Record and analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate mitigation follow-ups for operational incidents.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Product, Legal, Finance, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) teams to ensure consistent implementation of risk controls.
- Contribute to the preparation and updating of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and contingency scenarios.
- Facilitate and monitor the implementation of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), including ensuring the quality of assessment and follow-up of control gaps.
- Support risk awareness programs across the organization.
- Manage documentation related to risk policies, SOPs, meeting minutes, and other risk governance documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (D4/S1) or equivalent, preferably in Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Risk Assessment, Internal Control, Compliance, or related areas.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic or project experience are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of ISO 31000 and COSO ERM.
- Familiar with Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) preparation and monitoring.
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methodologies.
- Good understanding of risk governance, including the preparation of policies, SOPs, and related documentation.
- Understanding of relevant BUMN and Bank Indonesia regulations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and objectivity.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively across functions and stakeholders.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
