Risk Governance Specialist

About the Role:

• Prepare and manage periodic risk profile and bank soundness reports in compliance with OJK and other regulatory requirements
• Ensure risk reporting is accurate, timely, and provides meaningful insights into risk conditions and trends for management
• Monitor risk appetite and tolerance through effective data collection and risk analysis
• Collaborate with business units and support functions to ensure alignment between business strategies and defined risk limits
• Develop, review, and update risk management policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes and business needs
• Support strong risk governance practices by coordinating across functions and driving effective policy implementation
• Maintain systematic risk documentation, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and loss incident reports
• Improve efficiency in risk recording and tracking to enable data-driven decision making
• Contribute to the preparation of materials and reports for the Risk Management Committee and Risk Oversight Committee

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, governance, or related roles within the banking industry
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, best practices, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risks effectively
• Proven ability to develop and implement governance frameworks and compliance programs
• Proficient in risk management tools and data analysis/reporting software
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong integrity and commitment to high standards of professionalism and corporate governance
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BSMR Level 1–2, CRMO) are a plus
