Risk Control Unit - Operations

Job Description:

• As First Line of Defense, proactively responsible for operational risk management in the relevant CO-Consumer Banking Operations Sub-Directorate in accordance with the Risk Management Framework and Risk Control Unit (RCU) Ops work plan, which aims to reduce/mitigate the frequency and negative impact of an incident.
• Ensure that the Operational Risk Management and Compliance Framework (Compliance and AML) is implemented in a disciplined and comprehensive manner to achieve effective risk management governance including reporting.
• Responsible for providing support when there is an audit in the relevant unit, Regulatory Audit/Internal Audit/External Audit.
• Responsible for building a good risk and Compliance culture throughout the Consumer Banking Operations Sub-Directorate.
• Ensure that the functions of the RCU Sr Specialist and RCU Specialist run according to their functions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in banking operations, audit, or risk management, with the ability to justify deviations in accordance with risk mitigation measures and applicable regulations.
• Experienced related risk on AI, development AI and data management
• Knowledge on IT and PDP risk is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills is a must.
