Job Description

  • Lead and oversee SPX's Risk & Compliance framework, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing monitoring
  • Identify and assess enterprise risks, and partner with business teams to develop practical mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards in line with regulatory and business requirements
  • Plan and manage internal and external audits, including regulatory and ISO-related audits
  • Support and drive ISO certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 9001) and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing clear guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Act as a key point of contact with regulators, government bodies, and relevant industry associations
  • Monitor, report, and escalate key risk and compliance issues to management to support informed decision-making

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting/Fiscal Administration from reputable 3–5 years of relevant experience in risk management, compliance, audit, legal, or government relations; experience in logistics or operations-driven industries is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in building, strengthening, or scaling risk and compliance processes within an organization
  • Good understanding of governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks, including exposure to ISO standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 9001)
  • Familiarity with working with regulators, government bodies, or external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical guidance
  • High integrity, structured and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance compliance requirements and business objectives
