Job Description

On this role, you will be exposed to conducting detailed analysis of all existing processes in the Collection department, describing them properly, and maintaining the process descriptions to keep them updated. You expect analyze new business requirements and ideas, compare these with current business processes and system features, identify gaps, and propose a solution for process improvement. You will experience balance between advanced analytics with handson operational support to ensure smooth execution of Collections processes and timely decision-making.

You will:

  1. Develop and maintain detailed business requirements based on business needs, while identifying opportunities for process and performance improvements.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess business needs, review operational procedures, and identify issues and optimization opportunities.
  3. Recommend process improvements or redesigns to optimize performance, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
  4. Map, document, and enhance business processes, supporting collection operations, field workload planning, territory allocation, and operational analyses.
  5. Manage and document all adhoc strategic activities, including follow-up and coordination with stakeholders.
  6. Maintain and prioritize the backlog of planned process changes and enhancements.
  7. Prepare and manage clear documentation, including business cases (CBA), change requirements, and supporting materials for operational or ad-hoc initiatives.
  8. Support system changes and operations, including software testing, deployment support, issue analysis, and daily operational tasks such as incentive calculation, capacity planning, and performance tracking.

We are looking for talent with:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree, Engineering (Computer/IT), Mathematics, or equivalent. (can be substituted by extensive relevant experience).
  • Possess 2-4 years (s) of working experience in the related field in business process analysis/design in consumer finance or Banking environment.
  • Excellent analytical mind that can process information logically.
  • Detailed knowledge of process designing tools and understanding of data collection methodologies, analysis, principles, and techniques.
  • Well-versed skill(s): SQL knowledge, Advanced Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables/charts, validations). Experience with business process analysis/changes is a must.
  • Stakeholder management experience to work with related departments, i.e, Underwriting, Antifraud, IT, Customer Experience.
  • Proven ability to provide suggestions and recommendations to senior management over the trends, findings, set of data and formulate the improvement plan.
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliver outcomes.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English.
