This role will lead the RGM and Trade Marketing Modern Trade (including space management) team for all Kraft Heinz Indonesia's product categories.
Main Responsibilities Include
- Leading revenue management ideation to optimize revenue through price and promotion, pack-size, assortments, COGS improvement
- Supporting long term growth plan for company, especially in term of core categories, new categories, and innovation
- Responsible for tools & capability building for cross function and lead revenue growth agenda
- Own full year planning for MT Channel, operationalizing the Category plans into MT executional plans
- Leading JBP preparation and strategy for full-year deal
- Leading all space management initiatives and strategy
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Business, Finance, Accounting or any related major
- Min 10 years in Revenue Management & Trade Marketing, preferably from FMCG as well. exposure in commercial is a plus point
- Presentation skill, strong analytic/statistic background, business acumen
- Knowledge in Nielsen and Tableau is an advantage
- Leadership, Entrepreneurial mindset, strong financial knowledge, forward looking concern, proactive, communication and influencing skill
