Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive rewards strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and culture.
  • Analyze market trends, benchmarks, and best practices to ensure competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish clear objectives and key performance indicators for rewards initiatives.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of competitive and equitable compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and bonuses.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and salary surveys to maintain salary structures that attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to people partners and managers on compensation-related matters e.g. retention and counter offers.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and other benefits.
  • Evaluate existing benefits offerings and recommend enhancements or modifications to ensure they remain competitive and cost-effective.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with benefit vendors, brokers, and consultants to negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs that reinforce organizational values and foster a culture of appreciation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align recognition initiatives with employee performance and business outcomes.
  • Utilize HRIS and other data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret employee data related to compensation, benefits, and rewards.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and trends to influence decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data-driven analysis.
  • Location : Jakarta / Bandung

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards management, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, methodologies, and market trends.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team in the HR or rewards function.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
