Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including market research and benchmarking
• Help with the preparation of compensation reports and analysis
• Contribute to the execution of job analysis & job evaluation processes in order to assess the relative worth of jobs within the organization
• Provide general administrative support to the Rewards & Organizational Development teams

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in any major (cum laude GPA or IUP background preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interest in rewards management and organizational development
• Effective written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
