Job Description

About the Role

Lead the development and implementation of our reward strategies across entities and geographies. This role will ensure our compensation and benefits frameworks are competitive, fair, compliant, and aligned with our company values and growth ambitions.

This role leads a team consisting of payroll and reward specialists, acting as a key partner to HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to shape a compelling employee value proposition while maintaining operational excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage total reward programs (compensation, benefits, recognition, and well-being) that support attraction, motivation, and retention.
  • Lead annual processes such as salary reviews, bonus calculations, job evaluation, and market benchmarking with accuracy and transparency.
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance on reward matters to HRCA, HRBPs, and Business Leaders.
  • Manage and coach the Reward Specialist and Payroll team, ensuring effective execution of both regular and ad-hoc processes.
  • Oversee payroll processes for various employee levels, including coordination for executive and international payroll cases.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor law, taxation, and social security regulations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance teams for budgeting, reporting, and audits related to compensation and benefits.
  • Continuously evaluate reward practices and propose improvements or innovations that align with employee needs and business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Total Rewards/ Compensation & Benefits, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage annual reward cycles, conduct benchmarking and apply job evaluation frameworks (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry).
  • Experience in payroll governance and operations, including management of payroll for different employee segments.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to work across functions and build stakeholder trust.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and HRIS tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
