Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives, including salary structures, incentive programs, and executive compensation plans
Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in compensation practices
Design and manage the organization's benefits programs, including health insurance and wellness programs, while evaluating and negotiating with vendors for cost-effective offerings
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits
Oversee payroll, tax, and compliance registration and payment processes to ensure they run smoothly and accurately on schedule
Support internal and external auditors, ad-hoc projects, and actuary data submission
Utilize HR analytics to assess rewards program effectiveness, prepare reports on compensation trends and costs, and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
6+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience developing and managing compensation and benefits programs and a solid understanding of salary benchmarking practices
Understand the end-to-end payroll process (including tax and BPJS), and experienced in preparing manpower cost budgets, conducting salary surveys, and establishing/updating salary structures
Experience in regular audit processes, with understanding of job evaluation processes being a plus
