Revit BIM Modeller

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Semarang for a Revit BIM Modeller. The role involves developing and managing 2D and 3D BIM models, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to produce accurate construction drawings, and ensuring adherence to project requirements. The Revit BIM Modeller will also assist in creating detailed design documentation for architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) systems, while maintaining accuracy and consistency across designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience as a Modeler
• Knowledge of Architecture and the ability to create accurate Construction Drawings
• Familiarity with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working with industry-standard tools, including Revit, is required
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, precise models
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry is an advantage
