Job Responsibilities

1. Document Completeness Review: Verify the completeness of application documents for orders corresponding to different products.
2. Document Compliance Review: Check whether order application documents comply with relevant regulations.
3. Document Authenticity Review: Validate the authenticity of order application materials.
4. Document Filing: Archive relevant documents to designated folders following standardized naming and storage requirements.
5. Conduct order reviews in accordance with existing review standards and procedures.
6. Maintain good service awareness and independently complete review tasks.
7. Possess basic risk control awareness and be able to identify common fraudulent information.

Requirements

1. Familiar with after-sales claim business and basic vehicle knowledge.
2. Prior working experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
3. Strong resilience and adaptability, proactive mindset, excellent communication, coordination and learning skills.
