Job Description:
• Assist in maintaining data cleanliness and accuracy within the HubSpot CRM pipeline.
• Validate and update company, deal, and pipeline data.
• Support analysis of conversion rates across stages (Lead → SQL → Won).
• Support the development of workflows or automation to improve sales and marketing efficiency.
• Test and document automation implementations.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and finance teams to improve processes.
• Support the team in processing sales orders, verifying supporting documents, and managing invoices in the ERP system.
• Assist in collecting and managing tender documents and other client requirements in coordination with relevant teams.
• Provide administrative support for cross-department coordination.
