Revenue Manager – Online Food Delivery Platforms

Location: Seminyak, Bali

K-Club Group is a recognised lifestyle and hospitality group in Bali, with operations across hospitality, restaurants, and food & beverage brands.

We are looking for a hands-on Revenue Manager – Online Food Delivery Platforms to drive the commercial performance of our online food delivery merchant stores. This role focuses on increasing sales, optimising platform performance, improving customer ratings, managing promotions and pricing strategies, and maximising revenue across Indonesia's leading food delivery platforms.

This is not a general marketing, social media, restaurant operations, customer service, or general e-commerce role. We are specifically seeking candidates with proven experience managing online food delivery merchant stores and platform performance.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Seminyak, Bali.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the commercial performance of our online food delivery stores across major food delivery platforms in Indonesia.

Responsibilities include monitoring merchant dashboards, analysing sales performance, optimising promotions and pricing strategies, managing menu performance, reducing cancellations, improving customer ratings, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially driven, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with restaurant operations, kitchen teams, finance, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor daily performance across online food delivery merchant stores.
  • Analyse sales, conversion rates, promotions, customer ratings, cancellations, delivery issues, and platform performance.
  • Drive revenue growth through pricing strategies, menu optimisation, promotional campaigns, bundles, and platform marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure menu availability, pricing accuracy, stock alignment, operational readiness, and seamless order fulfilment.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, menu positioning, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with platform account managers to improve store visibility, campaign participation, and overall merchant performance.
  • Identify operational issues affecting revenue, customer experience, preparation time, cancellations, and platform rankings.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Support the growth and optimisation of online food delivery revenue across multiple F&B brands.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing online food delivery merchant stores or platform performance.
  • Strong working knowledge of major Indonesian online food delivery platforms.
  • Experience within F&B, cloud kitchen, restaurant delivery, online food delivery operations, or merchant revenue management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret merchant dashboards and translate insights into commercial actions.
  • Good understanding of pricing strategies, promotions, vouchers, menu optimisation, customer ratings, cancellations, and platform performance metrics.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English communication skills.
  • Hands-on, organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Important

This position requires direct, hands-on experience managing online food delivery merchant stores.
