Revenue Manager – Online Food Delivery Platforms

We are looking for a hands-on Revenue Manager – Online Food Delivery Platforms to drive the commercial performance of our online food delivery merchant stores. This role focuses on increasing sales, optimising platform performance, improving customer ratings, managing promotions and pricing strategies, and maximising revenue across Indonesia's leading food delivery platforms.
This is not a general marketing, social media, restaurant operations, customer service, or general e-commerce role. We are specifically seeking candidates with proven experience managing online food delivery merchant stores and platform performance.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Seminyak, Bali.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the commercial performance of our online food delivery stores across major food delivery platforms in Indonesia.
Responsibilities include monitoring merchant dashboards, analysing sales performance, optimising promotions and pricing strategies, managing menu performance, reducing cancellations, improving customer ratings, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially driven, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with restaurant operations, kitchen teams, finance, and senior management.

This position requires direct, hands-on experience managing online food delivery merchant stores.
Applications from candidates whose experience is limited to general marketing, social media, restaurant floor operations, customer service, administration, or unrelated e-commerce roles will not be considered.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical experience managing merchant dashboards, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, customer ratings, cancellations, and revenue growth.
