Job Descriptions:
- Set up and manage property pricing across major OTA platforms, ensuring rates are accurate and consistently distributed
- Monitor, update, and evaluate OTA discounts, promotions, and campaign participation
- Review market conditions, booking patterns, and competitor rates to support daily and seasonal pricing decisions
- Assist with pricing calculations, breakdowns, and reconciliation across internal records and OTA platforms
- Prepare recurring reports on pricing and property performance, including key findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and other teams to resolve pricing issues and ensure smooth implementation
Requirements:
- Experience working with pricing tools or revenue management systems
- Good understanding of room pricing, rate plans, OTA promotions, and pricing calculations
- Strong numerical ability, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze market trends and compare property performance against relevant competitors
- Proactive, dependable, and able to manage tasks with limited supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Comfortable preparing reports and communicating insights in a clear and structured way
