About the Role:

StarRay is looking for a Revenue Finance Manager to lead hotel revenue control, daily income reconciliation, OTA settlement, accounts receivable, cash/EDC reconciliation, and monthly revenue closing.

This is a finance-control role, not a room-pricing or yield-management role. The candidate must understand how hotel revenue flows from PMS to settlement, cash, EDC, bank, OTA, AR, guest deposits, and GL.

The role reports directly to the CEO and will have strong growth potential as StarRay expands its hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily income audit and revenue reconciliation for hotel operations. 
• Reconcile PMS revenue with cash, EDC, bank transfer, OTA collect, VCC, corporate AR, and guest deposit movements. 
• Manage OTA settlement and AR aging, including Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka, Tiket.com, Trip.com, and other channels. 
• Review cash shortage, EDC batch differences, unapplied cash, rebates, refunds, allowances, and other revenue exceptions. 
• Ensure guest deposits and advance payments are properly recorded as liabilities until service is delivered. 
• Reconcile PMS revenue, AR aging, deposit ledger, and GL before month-end revenue close. 
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue exception reports for CEO review. 
• Work closely with Front Office, Reservation, Sales, GM, and Finance team to improve revenue control discipline. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
• Minimum 5 years of hotel finance experience, with strong exposure to income audit, AR, revenue accounting, or hotel financial control. 
• Experience managing revenue control for multiple hotels or hotel groups is strongly preferred. 
• Strong understanding of PMS, OTA settlement, VCC, EDC, AR aging, guest deposit, and monthly revenue close. 
• Able to identify hidden issues behind balanced reports, including cash shortage, missing EDC batch, expired VCC, overdue OTA AR, and GL reconciliation differences.
• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills. 
• High integrity, strong control mindset, and clear communication with management. 

Reporting Line:

Reports directly to: CEO

Works closely with: General Manager, Front Office, Reservation, Sales, Corporate Finance, and hotel operations teams.
