Role Description The Revenue Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuta, responsible for optimizing room revenue and overall profitability for The Bandha Hotel & Suites. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring booking patterns, analyzing occupancy and rate performance, and preparing regular revenue and forecasting reports. The role involves evaluating pricing strategies, supporting the development of promotional offers, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and front office teams to align demand generation with revenue goals. The Revenue Analyst tracks market trends and competitor performance, recommends rate adjustments, and ensures accurate revenue recognition and reporting in collaboration with the finance and accounting team. This position also supports budget planning, develops performance dashboards, and provides clear communication of insights to management for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable revenue strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to present analyses, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and provide clear recommendations to leadership.
• Solid foundation in data mining and data analysis, including understanding of hotel revenue drivers, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Knowledge of revenue management principles and experience ensuring accurate and timely recording of revenue streams.
• String spreadsheet skills including BI tools.
• Experience in hospitality revenue management or hotel operations, preferably in a luxury or boutique resort environment.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS, revenue management systems, and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) for reporting and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting.
