Identify manual and repetitive processes across the Return & Refund team and lead automation initiatives within the project period to drive operational efficiency.
Translate operational pain points into practical solutions, including automated scripts, models, or optimized workflows.
Map end-to-end Return & Refund workflows to identify high-impact areas for AI application and drive its implementation.
Build and prototype AI-powered tools and automations leveraging LLMs to deliver working solutions.
Drive end-to-end project execution from initial scoping and stakeholder alignment to delivery, change management, and post-launch monitoring.
Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Tech, Business Intelligence, Operations) to ensure smooth integration and measurable business impact.
Manage communication as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align goals and fulfill core business needs.
Analyze complex operational datasets using SQL, perform root cause analysis, and translate findings into actionable insights for project decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative domain (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field).
Minimum 2 year of experience in analytics, operations, process improvement, or project-based roles.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis; familiarity with Python or scripting languages is highly preferred.
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical experience in prototyping or building solutions with modern AI tools.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize and translate data into insights.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage initiatives from ideation to final execution.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities accompanied by meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to communicate, collaborate, and manage stakeholders across technical and operational domains.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia for clear professional communication.
