This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Retired role at Viction.id involves engaging in mentoring and knowledge-sharing activities with younger professionals and learners. Key responsibilities include providing expert insights based on prior work experiences, collaborating with the team to create educational content, and contributing to the development of research-driven trading strategies. Retired professionals will play a critical role in fostering learning and growth within the community by offering mentorship and guidance.

• Extensive experience and expertise in trading, finance, or related fields
• Strong ability to mentor, guide, and share valuable insights with learners
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse audiences
• Prior experience in creating or contributing to educational content is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Indonesian; English is an added advantage
• Passion for education and empowering the next generation of trading professionals
