Retail Strategy Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Strategy Staff to support the growth and performance of all official vivo stores across Indonesia. This role will be responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies, managing store-level digital engagement, coordinating events, and analyzing sales performance to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed marketing strategies to drive sales growth across all official vivo stores in Indonesia.
• Monitor and manage the performance of store social media accounts, WhatsApp groups, and other digital communication channels.
• Plan and execute retail events and promotional activities to achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Conduct sales and performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and support business decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams and store teams to ensure smooth execution of retail marketing programs.
• Monitor campaign and event performance and provide follow-up recommendations based on results.
• Ensure all retail marketing activities are executed accurately, effectively, and within the established timeline.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in retail and marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good visual design skills and the ability to create engaging marketing materials.
• Able to plan and execute events in detail from preparation through implementation.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in sales and marketing performance analysis.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong in time management.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
