Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for new retail spaces, including market, demographic, traffic, competitors, catchment area, and customer analysis.
Analyze the retail competition and identify market opportunities and unique value propositions (UVP).
Prepare financial models and projections, including Capex, Opex, Revenue, Payback Period, NPV, IRR, and BEP.
Develop tenant mix and retail space plans based on market potential and space efficiency.
Negotiate rental and partnership schemes, such as fixed rent and revenue sharing, and support the preparation of commercial agreements.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Urban & Regional Planning, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Retail Business Development, Retail Expansion, Commercial Property, or Chain Store Development.
Strong understanding of the retail business and ecosystem.
Strong market research and competitive analysis skills.
Good negotiation, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
