Retail Sales (Vape) - Bali

Role Description The Retail Sales (Vape) role in Bali is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Bali. In this role, the team member will engage directly with customers, introduce vape products, explain features and benefits, and provide guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include handling in-store sales, maintaining product displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring the retail space is clean, organized, and compliant with local regulations and company policies. The role also involves managing basic point-of-sale operations, processing transactions accurately, and responding to customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving sales targets while promoting a positive, safe, and responsible retail environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales experience, including familiarity with vape or related consumer products.
• Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge and the ability to learn and explain vape product features, usage, and safety guidelines.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
• Candidates should possess a customer-focused approach and proven Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, support returns, and resolve issues professionally.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in a retail or fast-paced store environment and basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods and manage stock handling tasks.
• Candidates with knowledge of local regulations related to vape products and fluency in English and local languages will be considered an advantage.
