Role Description The Retail Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Pati. This position oversees daily retail sales operations, including monitoring sales targets, guiding sales teams, and ensuring efficient store performance. The Retail Sales Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with management on sales strategies, market feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives is also a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills to lead, coach, and develop retail teams, including performance monitoring and staff scheduling.
• Strong Communication abilities for clear coordination with team members, management, and customers.
• Retail Sales experience, including achieving sales targets, managing promotions, and understanding retail metrics.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Experience in building materials or related retail industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Pati with a hands-on approach to daily operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in reporting and inventory control.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
