Job Description: Regional Supervisor

Position Overview

The Regional Supervisor is responsible for spearheading sales growth and operational excellence within an assigned territory. This role combines strategic sales management, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making to increase market share and ensure sustainable business growth.

1. Sales Management & Performance Achievement

Take full ownership of regional sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual KPIs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen the company's presence in the assigned region.
Monitor sales trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies proactively.

2. Team Leadership & People Development

Oversee the recruitment, training, and daily management of the regional sales team.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing and motivated sales force.
Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives, share best practices, and resolve internal bottlenecks.

3. Data Analysis & Problem Solving

Perform comprehensive data analysis on sales reports, regional expenses, and market feedback.
Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate regional performance against set benchmarks.
Identify regional operational issues and implement timely, effective solutions to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.

Qualifications (Recommended)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Regional Manager, preferably in the Vape sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a remote or field-based team.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in sales reporting tools/CRM.
Fluency in English is a must.

Job Description: Retail Staff

Position Overview

The Retail Staff member is a field-based role focused on maximizing product visibility and sales performance at the store level. You will act as the direct link between the company and retail outlets, ensuring that sales policies are executed perfectly and that our brand remains the preferred choice for consumers.

1. Store Development & Relationship Management

Perform regular store visits within the assigned region to develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
Identify and troubleshoot issues at sales points to ensure a seamless customer experience.

2. Sales Execution & Marketing Implementation

Execute the company's sales policies and promotional activities to drive volume and meet assigned sales targets.
Coordinate and implement marketing activities (activations, discounts, or events) at the store level to attract foot traffic.
Monitor and improve the product distribution rate by ensuring that all SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) are available in the assigned territory.

3. Merchandising & On-Shelf Excellence

Maximize the on-shelf rate and share of shelf to ensure products are always visible and accessible to customers.
Ensure that all Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and displays are installed correctly according to company merchandising standards.
Monitor stock levels at each outlet to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) scenarios.

Qualifications (Recommended)

Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective store-level negotiations.
Highly mobile and comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned region.
Basic understanding of retail sales KPIs and merchandising standards.
Must have a personal motorcycle/vehicle and a valid license (SIM C/SIM A).
