Retail Project Manager (6 Months Freelance-based)

JOB DESC / ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Act as the main point of contact for the project, managing overall client communication and relationship.
• Lead end-to-end retail project management, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, with the expected quality, and aligned with client expectations.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear strategies, project plans, and actionable tasks for internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure smooth and integrated project execution.
• Oversee the execution of retail and spatial display communication initiatives according to project requirements.
• Review and ensure the quality of proposals, reports, presentations, and other project deliverables before sharing with the client.
• Maintain proper project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Proactively identify project risks, address issues, and coordinate resolutions to ensure project continuity and client satisfaction.
• Support ad-hoc project requirements and other activities related to the retail project.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in project management, retail marketing, account management, marketing communication, or related fields.
• Proven experience in independently handling projects and managing clients or key stakeholders.
• Experience in retail, spatial display, visual merchandising, or marketing communication projects is preferred.
• Strong project management skills, including timeline, budget, deliverable, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and multinational environment.
• Willing to work on a 6-month freelance/project-based contract.
• Willing to work Full Work From Office (WFO).
