Responsibilities:
Inventory & Stock Adjustment Management:
- Handle and process stock-take adjustments (Stock Opname) for all brands across offline stores and events using the internal system.
- Manage inventory adjustments for store returns and discrepancies (e.g., over-delivered items without store demand) to enable the Merchandising (MD) team to process internal returns.
Invoicing, Reporting & Workflow Management:
- Manage submission and approvals for Franchise and Department Store invoices via the project/task management platform (covering key locations like Sarinah, Central, Metro, Panen, etc.).
- Handle invoice processing for the Outright sales workflow.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Merchandising (MD), and Store Operations teams to ensure seamless administrative handovers and data accuracy.
- Provide general daily administrative and operational support to the Store Operations team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Retail Operations, Merchandising Support, or Inventory Administration.
- Good understanding of retail stock opname, store discrepancy adjustments, and consignment/department store billing processes.
- High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and proactive communication when dealing with cross-departmental teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle monthly reporting deadlines.
Technical & System Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP systems (specifically Inventory, Stock, and Sales modules) and task management tools.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (Data Matching, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
