About the Role

Drive retail excellence across Anker's Indonesia retail network through best-in-class visual merchandising, POSM, gifts & premiums, and in-store execution.

Responsibilities

• Visual Merchandising & Display - Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising and display standards — planograms, window, counter, and end-cap displays — across all retail formats.
• POSM & Brand Asset Lifecycle - Manage the full lifecycle: brief → design review → production → QC → distribution → installation → maintenance.
• Gifts & Premiums (GWP) - Source, develop, and manage gift-with-purchase and premium programs, including costing and quality assurance.
• Vendor & Logistics - Coordinate vendors, printers, and logistics partners to deliver materials on time and on budget.
• Inventory & Audits - Maintain an accurate asset inventory and run store visits with photo documentation and compliance reports.
• Performance & Optimization - Track merchandising performance and recommend improvements to visibility, compliance, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Candidates with around two years of relevant work experience and those graduating in 2024 or 2025 are preferred.
• Relevant work experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or trade marketing (consumer electronics / FMCG preferred).

Required Skills

• Proven end-to-end ownership of POSM, displays, or in-store campaigns.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Strong project management — multiple campaigns, timelines, and vendors simultaneously.
• Budget awareness — experience quoting and controlling material costs.
• Strong visual sense and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Multi-store / multi-market experience.
• Retail analytics / compliance audit.
• Store planning and visual design skill.
