We are seeking a Retail Funding Officer who sees beyond transaction numbers and genuinely cares about helping people. In this role, you will be the friendly, trusted face of Bank Sentosa—connecting directly with individual depositors, families, and local community members to help them build a secure financial foundation through our deposit products.

Rather than pushing rigid products, you will listen to our clients everyday needs, guide them with clarity and honesty, and offer simple, reliable savings and deposit solutions that bring long-term peace of mind.

• Empower Retail & Individual Clients: Build warm, trust-based relationships with everyday individuals, professionals, and local business owners to help them optimize their personal savings and liquidity.
• Expand Community & Local Networks: Actively engage with local communities, residential hubs, and professional networks to introduce Bank Sentosa's deposit options.
• Deliver Personal & Transparent Advice: Serve as a dedicated funding guide, offering attentive, discreet, and reliable deposit strategies tailored to each client's financial security without jargon.
• Nurture Long-Term Loyalty: Manage client portfolios with genuine care—ensuring a welcoming onboarding experience, proactive maturity management, and consistent reinvestment strategies anchored in trust.
• Champion Integrity & Quality: Execute all client onboarding and KYC compliance with high ethical standards, ensuring every account is opened accurately and safely in line with regulatory frameworks.

• Relevant Expertise: 1 to 3+ years of experience as a Funding Officer, Deposit Sales Representative, or Retail RM within Banking (Conventional, Sharia, Digital, or BPR/BPRS) or financial services.
• Strong Network & Human Touch: An active network within retail individual or affluent consumer segments, paired with the authenticity needed to turn initial meetings into lifelong partnerships.
• Solid Understanding of Funding: Clear knowledge of retail deposit instruments, interest structures, and portfolio retention tactics.
• Empathy & Active Listening: A natural ability to understand client priorities, solve problems with patience, and communicate with clarity and respect.
• Integrity & Alignment: A personal commitment to high ethical standards, transparency, and treating every client's hard-earned money with extreme care.
