TheStore / Floor Staffplays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining Atambah's premium retail experience. This role is responsible for assisting customers, managing product displays, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and passionate about hospitality, retail service, and lifestyle products.
Job Desc:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that match their needs and preferences.
- Provide basic product knowledge and recommendations on wines, spirits, beers, and related products.
- Promote ongoing promotions, special offers, and new arrivals to customers.
- Ensure shelves, displays, and product areas are clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.
- Support stock replenishment and ensure correct product labeling and pricing.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall store presentation throughout operating hours.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Friendly, service-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn product knowledge, especially wines, spirits, and lifestyle products.
- Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication is an advantage.
