Role Description The Retail Expansion Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandung, focused on growing Heykama's retail footprint and improving in-store performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new retail opportunities, building relationships with existing and potential retail partners, and supporting store setup and merchandising. The role involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing customer trends, and coordinating promotional activities to drive traffic and revenue. The Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand presentation, provide product training to retail staff, and gather feedback from stores to inform product and marketing strategies. This position requires regular presence at partner locations and close coordination with local retail stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong retail-oriented skills, including Retail Sales and Customer Service, with a track record of supporting store performance.
Solid understanding of eyewear or fashion-related Product Knowledge and a focus on Customer Satisfaction to enhance the in-store experience.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with retail partners, and engage with customers and store staff.
Experience in retail expansion, business development, or store operations within fashion, accessories, or consumer goods is beneficial.
Ability to analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and implement practical retail strategies.
Comfort working on-site across multiple locations in Bandung and managing relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
