Retail Deposit Growth Specialist

Job Description:

• Responsible for analyzing & overseeing overall balance growth and support of the team
• Analyze bank wide overall balance & determining drivers for portfolio growth
• Calculating monthly & ad hoc deposit projection
• Supporting in BAU & Ad-hoc deposit decision making process, such as ALCO meeting
• Deep diving end-to-end deposit campaigns, from ideation to post mortem analysis
• Maintain & build good relationship with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematic atau other relevant majors
• At least 5 (five) years of experience in business growth or relevant position from Tech/Banking/Financial Services or similar
• Strong in mathematical competency and analytical thinking is a must
• Has experience in end-to-end campaign analysis
• Eager to learn & able to adapt with fast paced environment
• Good communication with positive & can do attitude
