Job Description

Are you passionate about retail expansion and creating growth opportunities We're looking for a Retail Business Development Senior Executive to join our Kids Business team and play a key role in expanding and optimizing our retail footprint.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and evaluate new retail locations to support business expansion.
  • Manage end-to-end store expansion and renewal projects, including site evaluation, lease negotiation, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, mall management, and external partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, Design, and Merchandising) to ensure successful store openings and renewals.
  • Monitor lease timelines and ensure all renewal processes are completed on schedule.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports to support expansion decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Retail Business Development, with hands-on experience in both store expansion and lease renewal.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel when required.
