Retail Area Supervisor

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Area Coordinator at Gingersnap Bali located in Kuta Utara, will be responsible for mediate, collaborate with Garment head office team and retails Staff (SPGBs). He/She will be under direct supervision and reporting to Management team and directly supervise SPGBs of each stores managed.

Qualifications:

* Live in Bali is mandatory.

* Minimum 2 years experiences as Store Supervisor, where multiple store supervision and retail clothing stores experiences is prioritized.

* Responsible for supervising selling target and store overall performance, include store maintenance.

* Responsible for tracking stores selling and SPGB performa.

* Regular reporting and scheduling administration for stores under supervision (Seminyak, Canggu and Uluwatu area).

* End-to-end process for new hiring SPGBs and managing existing Staffs, include assisting SPGB hiring process.

* Direct selling and direct customer handling experience, is prioritized

* Ability to do multi-collaborations and mediate between Management, Head office team (Stock inventory and maintenance team).

* Ability for fast response related to stores handled, mobility for store visits, in riding motorcycle.
