**Job Responsibilities**
1. **Regional Store Business Management**
Responsible for the business management of stores within the assigned region, including direct-operated stores and authorized stores. Develop sales plans, drive the achievement of sales targets, and improve market share within the region.
2. **Regional Store Operations Management**
Responsible for implementing and inspecting daily store operation standards across the assigned region. Follow up on the execution of marketing activities and enhance overall brand image.
3. **Regional Team Management**
Responsible for team management within the assigned region, including staff empowerment, coaching, talent development, and talent pipeline building.
4. **Regional Business Communication and Partner Management**
Maintain close communication with the national new retail platform to jointly promote regional business development. Build and maintain good cooperative relationships with regional partners, including authorized store partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
5. **Regional Store Planning and Expansion**
Responsible for regional store network planning and store development. Work closely with the store expansion team to achieve regional store opening targets.
**Job Requirements**
1. More than 3 years of experience in sales or the retail industry, with at least 2 years of regional management experience. Experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred.
2. Familiar with retail operation models in international markets, with successful cases in regional business expansion and management.
3. Bachelor's degree or above.
4. Proficient in English as a working language.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to efficiently drive task execution and implementation.
