Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, located in Uluwatu, Kuta Selatan. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage the food and beverage service, and collaborate with the team to maintain a positive dining experience. Primary responsibilities include supervising staff, handling customer inquiries or concerns, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Customer Service and a proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to lead and manage Hiring processes, while demonstrating excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage service operations
- Proficient in conflict resolution, team supervision, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (or relevant professional experience)
- Knowledge of restaurant health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Work experience in the food service or hospitality industry is highly advantageous
