Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at La Favela, located in Seminyak. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage customer experiences, ensure high standards of food and beverage service, and lead staff through recruitment, training, and mentorship. The role involves maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service, managing inventory, implementing quality standards, and driving team performance to achieve operational success.

Requirements

• Expatriate with strong restaurant and hospitality management background
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume venue
• Strong understanding of food service operations and guest experience management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication skills with a professional and confident presence
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic nightlife-driven environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience working in Bali or similar hospitality markets is highly preferred
