Job Overview
We are currently seeking a competent and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall operation and management of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in restaurant management.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full charge of the restaurant's daily operations, including but not limited to staff scheduling, inventory management, table arrangement, and service process supervision.
- Maintain and improve service quality, ensure that all customers receive professional, efficient, and friendly service to enhance customer loyalty and reputation.
- Manage and train the restaurant team, including recruiting, onboarding, and providing ongoing guidance to front-of-house and back-of-house staff to improve their work skills and service awareness.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with safety regulations to meet relevant industry requirements and ensure a safe dining environment.
- Analyze operational data (such as sales volume, customer flow, and cost control) to identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies to increase revenue and reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and properly, resolve operational issues in a timely manner to maintain a positive dining experience for customers.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to complete marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and special event arrangements to attract more customers.
Essential Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior operational role within the restaurant/hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate fluently with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of restaurant operational processes, service standards, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively and adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Familiar with food safety and hygiene regulations, and able to ensure strict compliance in daily operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the restaurant's operation.
