Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager for Bokashi in Pererenan. This is a full-time, on-site role overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and managing a team dedicated to providing outstanding service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, maintaining high standards in food and beverage services, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for staff recruitment, training, and maintaining efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 35 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a busy restaurant or lifestyle dining concept
  • Strong background in Japanese / Asian cuisine operations is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in managing daily operations, including floor service, kitchen coordination, and guest experience
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills; able to train, motivate, and discipline team members
  • Solid knowledge of service standards, SOP implementation, and quality control
  • Strong understanding of P&L, cost control, inventory management, and budgeting
  • Experienced in staff scheduling, manpower planning, and productivity optimization
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and VIP guests professionally and effectively
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and operational maturity
