Restaurant General Manager Sardine
Location: Seminyak, Bali
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant General Manager to oversee and lead the operations of Sardine Restaurant, ensuring excellence across all aspects of the business, from guest experience to operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all restaurant operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences and service standards.
- Manage and coordinate department heads and teams across Front of House, Kitchen, Bar, and Support Functions.
- Drive operational efficiency, budgeting, cost control, and overall profitability.
- Maintain brand standards, quality control, and compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations.
- Build, lead, and motivate teams, fostering a strong service culture and continuous staff development.
- Work closely with ownership and corporate management to execute business strategies and achieve performance targets.
- Build and grow a strong community of diners through meaningful guest engagement and relationship-building.
- Introduce new and existing diners more deeply to the restaurant, while building long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Be highly visible in the restaurant, with a strong ability to connect with guests, build loyalty, and create lasting relationships with diners.
Qualifications:
- Have lived at least 3 years in Bali and worked in hospitality venues.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication. Other foreign languages will be a benefit.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within full-service or fine-dining restaurants.
- Strong operational and financial management expertise.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, guest-focused, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong PR instinct, community engagement capability, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate a loyal guest base and confidently leverage Sardine's existing reputation and network.
