Restaurant FB Manager

Requirements :

• Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Food & Beverage management, including quality control and inventory oversight
• Proficient in team management, including Hiring, training, and mentoring staff
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration and address customer and team needs effectively
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to operations
• Knowledge of sustainable hospitality practices is a plus
• Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage
• Willing to be located in Uluwatu (occasionally to Canggu)
