Job Description

Requirements :

  • A bachelor degree in any field.
  • Having minimum 5 years of experience in Resource & Recruitment in IT Industry.
  • Experienced in Headhunting for the level manager and up.
  • Experienced handling full cycle of recruitment process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Independent and Communicative.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas, Data Modeling).
  • Experience in creating financial simulations or manpower cost analysis.
  • Good in English (both written and speaking).

Job Description :

  • Manage the assignment of available IT resources to fill vacant positions, ensuring optimized utilization.
  • Meet company and clients IT staffing needs by hiring new employees and contractors, sub-contracting, and allocation of existing employees
  • Build good relationship to all Recruitment Partners and Vendors.
  • Engage with Vocational School, University and other Institutions for hiring potential Talent.
  • Conduct job exhibition for hiring and employer branding (Brand awareness).
  • Create monthly report and present in Management meeting.
  • Devise, implement and maintain business processes for Resource Team operations.
  • Maintain good relationships with any stakeholder from diverse background.
  • Responsible for calculating and monitoring the Manpower COGS using advanced Excel formulas to ensure all recruitment and resource allocation stays within the project's gross margin targets.
