Role Description The Resource Development Director is responsible for leading and implementing comprehensive fundraising and resource development strategies to support Habitat for Humanity Indonesia's mission. This on-site role, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, oversees donor acquisition and stewardship, major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, and community-based fundraising initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing annual fundraising plans, managing campaigns and appeals, supervising resource development staff, and coordinating with program teams to align funding with organizational priorities. The director also cultivates relationships with individual donors, faith communities, philanthropic institutions, and volunteers, while ensuring timely reporting, compliance with internal policies, and effective communication of impact. The role requires collaboration with senior leadership to strengthen brand visibility, expand funding channels, and build long-term sustainability for Habitat's programs.
