YOUR CALLING

* Bring a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar senior hospitality leadership role

* Lead operations with excellence, clarity, and a commitment to NIHI's world-renowned service standards

* Communicate effortlessly with global guests, being fluent in at least 3 international languages

* Deliver highly personalized hospitality rooted in detail, care, and genuine connection

* Inspire, guide, and motivate diverse teams across all departments

* Thrive in a raw, remote island environment, embracing its challenges and rewards

* Champion community engagement, contributing to meaningful positive impact
