As Resort Host, you are responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences by serving as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
Qualifications
This position is only for Indonesian.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling VIP guests.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Able to build positive relationships and thrive in social interactions.
- Proficiency in English (additional international languages will be an advantage).
