Karma Group Bali is seeking a driven, street-smart, and impeccably presented Resort Acquisition Specialist to spearhead the acquisition of our next Members-only resort property in Bali's most sought-after hospitality corridor.
This is a frontline acquisition roleopening doors, meeting owners face-to-face, and turning access into opportunity.
Your MissionYou will act as the boots-on-the-ground representative of Karma Group, identifying, evaluating, and securing a new resort property that meets our luxury brand standards and long-term member needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and map potential hotel and resort assets across Kuta, Legian, and Seminyak
Conduct cold outreach through direct visits, calls, and strategic networking
Establish direct communication with property owners and key decision-makers
Relationship BuildingRepresent Karma Group with professionalism, confidence, and credibility
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, brokers, and real estate agencies
Navigate local business culture with diplomacy and cultural intelligence
Evaluation & Negotiation SupportConduct initial site inspections and feasibility assessments
Assess operational potential including room count, amenities, and renovation scope
Support early-stage negotiations and facilitate introductions to senior leadership

The Experience
Background in real estate acquisition, hotel brokerage, business development, or luxury sales
Strong knowledge of Bali's hospitality market, especially Legian and Seminyak
An existing network of hotel owners or senior real estate contacts is a major advantage
The Skills
Fluent in both English and Bahasa
Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is highly preferred to navigate local ownership structures.
Strong negotiation and financial acumen
Ideally you are Balinese, allowing you to confidently knock on doors of local balinese operators
