Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent based in Jakarta. The role involves managing and processing reservation requests, issuing tickets, and providing exceptional customer service. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will work directly with agents to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client needs are met efficiently. Additionally, the role includes coordination with internal teams to maintain accuracy and quality in ticketing and reservation processes.

• Strong Communication skills to professionally interact with agents and colleagues
• Experience in handling Reservations and ticket issuing processes
• Customer Service skills to address agents inquiries and provide solutions effectively
• Knowledge and expertise in Travel & Tourism industry practices
• Sales skills to promote tickets and related services
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in using reservation and ticketing systems
• Fluency in English and additional languages is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
