About the Role
We are a growing Destination Management Company (DMC) specializing in inbound tourism to Bali. We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservations & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day ground operations from our Bali office.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate rates with hotels, villas, transport providers, tour guides, and local attractions across Bali
- Maintain and update supplier rate database regularly
- Confirm bookings within 24 hours of receiving requests from the sales office
- Issue vouchers to hotels, drivers, and guides
- Coordinate ground logistics including pickups, check-ins, and driver management
- Handle operational issues such as flight delays, hotel changes, or guest concerns
- Process supplier invoices and manage payment schedules
- Conduct site inspections for new suppliers across Bali
Requirements
- D3/D4 in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field — OR 1–2 years experience in hotel reservations or travel agency
- Bahasa Indonesia speaker with good English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently
- Must be a Bali resident (local KTP required)
- Existing supplier network in Bali is a strong advantage
- Fresh graduates from STP Bali, AKPAR, or similar institutions are welcome
